A professional guitar player and singer, Karen combines her musical talent with creativity, humor, and love for children. Each 45-minute Mommy, Me, & Music class, for caregivers and children from birth through age four, features traditional and folk favorites, engaging and contagious new songs, finger and hand plays, rhyming games, rhythm activities/other interactive play, circle games and marching bands, and hands-on musical experiences.

All classes are small group and carefully organized by age, and Sibling Classes are offered for those seeking a "family experience." The youngest classes are for children ages three to seven months, and the oldest classes are for three and four year-olds. Karen, who has been the early childhood music teacher in five area preschools and is a local children's recording artist, teaches every music and movement class, year-round. Each new session is typically 10 weeks.
