Smoky Mountain Pizza & Pasta has a good selection of Italian food including pizza and pasta of many varieties, calzones, sandwiches, salads, chicken, and Italian grilled sausage. A kids menu for children ages 12 and under features personal pizzas, chicken nuggets, tortellini, Smoky O's with tomato sauce, toasted cheese sandwiches, and spaghetti. The kid meals come with Teddy Grahams and a drink. Crayons and coloring sheets are available to keep youngsters busy while waiting for the food.

Lunch Punch cards entitle frequent diners to one free lunch entree after the purchase of 10 lunch entrees. Kids ages 12 and under can sign up for the Cub Club, which gets them a coupon for a free personal pizza or sundae on their birthday.

As a whole, the restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is good. Highchairs are available, and there is a baby changing area in the women's restroom.
