Snip-Its has been a life saver when it comes to getting my son's hair cut! He used to be so fearful, but now he runs in ready to be a big boy and have fun. All of the hair dressers are pretty good. They do a good job of showing him the buzzers to calm his fears, since he hates the noise, and they do what it takes to keep the hair off of his sensitive skin. He also loves getting the prize at the end. I wish they had someplace like this when I was a kid!

For the past 3 years both of my sons have had their haircut by Snip- Its both at Chestnut Hill and Hingham. For the most part the cuts were okay. I the Chestnut Hill salon on Monday 24th. The same hairdresser cut my 2 son's hair. The first child, the cut was just okay. My younger child's haircut was dreadful. The hairdresser said she was finished I told her that I was not happy with the 'bowl shape' cut she had given the younger child and asked her to change it. She replied " I have given him (the younger child) the same haircut as his brother". This was not the case. The younger child's haircut was awful. This 'aggressive' attitude stunned me. My son is only 4 years old and doesn't care what he looks like but I do and I feel our Christmas was somewhat spoiled as in our Christmas day photographs my son looks dreadful and I am embarressed by these photographs of my beautiful little boy. The event has led me to decide not you use Snip-Its again and will seek an alternative.
