Snip-its357

I have been taking my daughter to the Snip-Its in Douglasville from her very first haircut. She is difficult when it comes to doctors, nurses, cosmetologists, and anyone else that she doesn't know. But at Snip-Its she is very comfortable. (I wish I could find an Optometrist and Dentist with something like this to distract her!!) I can't vouch for the other locations but Douglasville has always been really great! I wouldn't take her anywhere else.

We LOVE the Snellville Snip-its! My kids talk about it all the time.

I hosted a birthday party at the Buckhead location, for my 4yr. old. It was AWFUL, they were not prepared, not nice, and not in the least bit helpful. The concept of a "Snip It's" party is they say they "handle everything" from drinks & gift bags,to the cake. The room was small and very hot,and they had no drinks, not even a water fountain. I was so embarrassed by this terrible party. I apologized for months to the other parents! And it cost about $450.00. Worst children's birthday party I have EVER had or attended. Go ANYWHERE else!

Not once but twice have I had a bad experience with the franchisee. To top that, it was in two different locations. I tried complaing to the owner and was told they did not take calls. The General Manager is completely Rude. When I contacted the COO of the company, surprise I got a call from the owner. She did try to fix the wrong from the first time but when I went the second time (to another location) East Cobb it was as bad! Very unimpressed! I got better service for my kids elsewhere.

We tried the location at the Forum in August 2007 and the Peachtree Industrial location today. Both times I left disappointed in the service and amazed at the price of everything in there. The receptionist (at both) was not pleasant or professional. We waited to be greeted while she finished her personal business. Then when it was time to pay, she could not accommodate my wish to pay for my kids seperately, and did not run my credit card so that I could leave a tip (when I inquired, she said "well, do you have cash?"). Also, one of the stylist stood and argued that she should be able to charge more than the $23.95 max because my daughter had curly hair that she wanted to have blown dry straight. Furthermore, this "FUN" TV/video experience for the kids has been totally lost or non-existant in our experiences. Again I had to ask that they turn on the TV/Games while my daughter had her hair cut. "Isn't that supposed to be included???" - Maybe it costs extra??? We will not being back.

Great people, great cuts. Our boy is very sensitive, and the staff in the Norcross location has alsways been patient and understanding. They use distraction to great advantage. Our boy no longer fears haircuts, or his arch nemesis, the trimmer. We've recommended this location to others, and now all of our boy's cousins get their haircuts there as well.

I took my child to the East Cobb location, where a stylist was rude, rough, and gave an uneven cut. I had to go somewhere else immediately to get it fixed and give my child a happier experience. Won't go back. Will tell everyone I know to avoid it like the plague. And, of course, a manager couldn't be reached while the stylist practically shoved my child out of the chair.
