this salon is amazing! I have never seen anything like it. All the stylist were friendly and willing to help get my son's haircut. From start to finish our experience was awesome! every stylist is trained to work with children who have special needs and that is truely a gift! These girls were great! Kudos to Snip Its for working with children who scream, cry, sometimes sit still and able to get the haircut done!

Cute salon for kids, great location, but I would not go there again unless they change their service. First, you can't make an appointment unless you register for a VIP membership which entails paying $25 for a coupon book, which I already have, so we went in without an appointment. They weren't even busy so that the $25 would have been worth it. I have brought my daughter to a variety of kids' salons and this is the first time we have been charged for each step in the process instead of an all-inclusive haircut. When I realized that they were not going to blowdry my daughter's hair, I requested it, but was told that they couldn't as they had another appointment lined up. I paid $18 for a shampoo and haircut. Later that day, after my daughter's hair had dried on its own, her haircut was apparently very crooked. Considering its location in Exton, I would have expected more from this place but was very disappointed with the whole experience.
