about South Jordan Library:
The South Jordan Library is part of the Salt Lake County library system. It is the only library in the county system to have a book club collection (i.e. the library has 15 copies of many popular titles.) The children's area has a large selection of children's materials and has a fun mirror and bean bag chairs for the kids to use. The library also has a teen area and a Teen Advisory Board.
A summer reading program is offered every summer starting in June. During the rest of the year, the library offers storytimes. The library also hosts Great Reads for Girls, a mother/daughter book club for girls ages eight to 12, as well as a program just for school-age boys (7-11) called No Girls Allowed.
The South Jordan Library offers a completely self-check-out system. People at the Account Management Desk can help patrons sign up for the system and learn to use it.
The restrooms have changing stations.
