This organization measures success by the performance of only the very best teams. That means most of the kids 10+ get leftovers for training, practice times, and practice locations. Some of the paid trainers are quite good. Others have been impatient, often failed to show, or used practice times scheduled for lower division teams to train their preferred elite teams. Since parent involvement and influence is kept to a minimum, the organization is generally unresponsive to individual issues or concerns. Officers and staff have often failed to return messages addressing problems or needs. The privately stated policy is that teams do not matter. In practice this means that the players are pawns to be moved about at the whim of the paid staff. Many successful and longstanding team relationships have been discarded by the club in the interest of a very few preferred teams. This is not a family friendly organization. Watch them closely if you get involved.

My son has learned a lot during his first season with SCFC. He is 5 years old and this is the first sport we have put him in. The coaches are great. The kids have a ton of fun. I would highly reccomend SCFC to anyone whose child wants to play a team sport. I plan on putting my other children in SCFC as soon as they are old enough.
