The Splash! La Mirada Regional Aquatics Center is located on the western edge of La Mirada Regional Park and offers the community a 50-meter pool, a 25-yard pool, and a warm-water therapeutic spa. Swim lessons and other fitness programs are available ($21-$59).
Splash is also home to Buccaneer Bay, a water park open May through September with slides, spray areas, play structures, a zero depth beach entry, a lazy river, and plenty of shade structures.
Season passes can be a good deal, and birthday parties can be arranged at Buccaneer Bay.

tips:
Parking is free at this convenient location. Life jacket and inner tubes are available for use, but if your child has his or her own vest feel free to bring your own (life vest must be U.S. Coast Guard approved).
getting there:
The center is located on La Mirada Blvd and Civic Center Drive, between Imperial and Rosecrans Avenue.
