This place is extremely unsafe for kids. The first time I went my kid was bruised up playing their equipment. The 2nd time my kid (2 year old) was stampeded on repeatedly intentionally by two kids much older than him. Thank god I was watching because the other mom was not watching (chatting with a guy on a nearly bench). Otherwise my kid could have internal injuries. Parents should watch their own kids not to bully others. The facility should take precautions of kids' safety by hiring more workers. God forbid if my child were seriously injured, there's nothing I wouldn't do. If you are a parent, you'll understand my feelings when your child gets stampeded on by bullies.

RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE...

We were at an event and the Sports Bounce employee started asking people out 15 minutes prior to the party being over. They wanted everyone out of that place right before time (seemed like a correction facility) did not matter if your kid was hurt or had a diaper that needed a change. This was on top of banging doors harshly behind her to show everyone that the facility is about to close.

Finally, one of the guests reminded the Sports Bounce employee that they were been paid money to host the event and that he would call the cops if she didn't stop harassing everyone to leave. She got the message and stopped.

Interestingly enough, there were three other guests who were thinking about having their kids party there -- guess what, after seeing the employee's behavior, they decided not to.

We Love Sport Bounce! And the customer who has a problem with the contract must never have had a party outside of their home before.

This is a fun place for a couple hours of bouncing but do not sign up for a party here! We just had to postpone because my daughter broke her foot 10 days before the party and they were the LEAST accommodating of all the organizations we had to coordinate with. We will are losing our entire deposit even though we are rescheduling with them. And if we didn't reschedule, we would have to pay the entire party amount (over $300)! The contract you sign basically gives all the flexibility to SportBounce and none to the customer. I understand that they are a business, but other businesses have much more customer-friendly policies. Be very careful before signing any contracts with this organization.

I love the moonbounce idea with the sport theme. And, the location is great.
