St. Louis's professional
ice hockey team, the
St. Louis Blues, was one of six teams added to the NHL during the 1967 expansion. The Blues were a playoff presence every year from 1980 to 2004 - the second longest active streak in North American professional sports at the time.
Despite some shaky seasons in recent years, the Blues continue to have a loyal fan base among St. Louisans, who turn out at
Scottrade Center to cheer their team on.

Junior Blue Note Club, which costs $24.95 and provides a range of benefits.
Birthday parties for children 14 and under can be held at any game for a cost of $30/guest. Price includes a mezzanine seat ticket, a hot dog and soda, a gift pack and autographed mini hockey stick for the birthday child, and your name in lights - that is, scoreboard recognition.
