about St. Louis Blues:

St. Louis's professional ice hockey team, the St. Louis Blues, was one of six teams added to the NHL during the 1967 expansion. The Blues were a playoff presence every year from 1980 to 2004 - the second longest active streak in North American professional sports at the time.

Despite some shaky seasons in recent years, the Blues continue to have a loyal fan base among St. Louisans, who turn out at Scottrade Center to cheer their team on.

Junior fans ages 16 and younger can join the Junior Blue Note Club, which costs $24.95 and provides a range of benefits.

Birthday parties for children 14 and under can be held at any game for a cost of $30/guest. Price includes a mezzanine seat ticket, a hot dog and soda, a gift pack and autographed mini hockey stick for the birthday child, and your name in lights - that is, scoreboard recognition.

tips:

The team can thank W.C. Handy's famous tune "St. Louis Blues" for its name.
