Yes, families can play shuffleboard at the
St. Pete Shuffleboard Courts. But they can do a lot more, too. In order to introduce residents to the great sport of shuffleboard, the
St. Pete Shuffleboard Club (along with Pinellas Heritage Inc.) organized the popular
Friday Night Shuffles featuring music, entertainment, and - naturally - shuffleboard. The evenings frequently feature themed activities that appeal to all ages.
For those who can't get enough shuffleboard on Friday nights, the Club welcomes visiting players - including kids. The cost of a vistor's daily membership is $1 per person, equipment can be borrowed.
The facility includes 65 courts. In 1994, the site was designated a local historic landmark.
