Sitting in the middle of Philadelphia,
St. Peter's School, a small, coed school covering
preschool through eighth grade, fosters accomplished, educated students. A family-type setting features a safe environment in an urban setting, small classes, and a long-standing faculty that focuses on the child and not just the student.
The curriculum includes language arts, French, mathematics, science, literature, art, music, and computer. Library time is standard from preschool on up, with a focus on attainment of specific library skills from third grade onwards. School service to the local community and long-standing traditions, such as May Day, The Celebration of Light, and Harvest Festivals round out an extensive curriculum of work and play.
St. Peter's School works closely with graduating families with their secondary school placement.
The admissions procedure is initiated by submitting an application and a tour and meeting with the Admissions Director.
St. Peter's School also offers
Summer Camp programs. Visit the
website for details.
