Stephen Wise Free Synagogue is a Reform congregation dedicated to the vitality, growth, and development of the contemporary Jewish faith.
Dues are reasonable, and are structured to make membership accessible to all. Discounts are available to first year members. Baby-sitting is available for all Friday night, Saturday morning, and holiday worship.
The SWFS Rabbi Balfour Brickner Early Childhood Center provides a nurturing, development-based environment for children ages two to four. Children attend school from 9am to 1pm or 9am to 3pm; two year olds can sign up for either two or three days per week.
Religious School provides Saturday, Sunday, and weekday afternoon options for Pre-K through 12th graders. The unique Saturday morning "Kesher" program includes family service for Pre-K through 2nd graders and their families, followed by Kiddush and learning programs for the children as well as parents.
The active Youth Group is open to all Jewish high school students; Junior Youth Group serves 7th-8th graders.
Parenting programs are also offered throughout the year.
