Steuben's, a '70s-vibe, diner-style eatery Denver's Uptown neighborhood, serves up big servings of classic regional American food like hand-cut fries, deviled eggs, cheeseburgers, mac 'n' cheese, beef brisket, cayenne etouffee, Memphis ribs, and a good selection of sandwiches and salads.

The kids menu is one of the best in town, offering young patrons dishes like spaghetti, mac 'n' cheese, hot dogs, grilled cheese, and PB & J sandwiches.

Weekend brunch is worth the wait. Our favorites include cast-iron French toast, chicken fried steak, biscuits and gravy, and smothered breakfast burritos.
