about Stomp:

This show is about rhythm, synchronization, and noise. And it is loud. Did we mention noise? Some segments will make your brain positively throb.

The best part of the show features "kitchen sinks," (at about the mid-point) and folks in the front row are likely to get a bit wet. Humor is sprinkled liberally throughout.

Stomp is less about the visual than it is about the audible, and as such it may not be the best choice for younger kids. Older children may have a better appreciation of the Rockettes-proof timing achieved by the very energetic and enthusiastic cast.

The show runs approximately one hour, 30 minutes. No intermission.

Tickets are available through TicketMaster. For facility information, see the Orpheum Theater.

tips:

If you or your kids are prone to headaches, consider investing in some kind of ear protection. Parts of the show are really loud.
