StrollerFit offers 50-minute stroller fitness classes in which parents use strollers, resistance training, and body weight to achieve muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. Children are entertained by songs, nursery rhymes, visual stimulation, and activities during the class. The first class is free; arrive 15 minutes early for registration. Bring water, an exercise mat or towel, a snack and toy for baby, and a sturdy stroller (doesn't need to be a jogging stroller). Check the website for a class schedule and locations. Babies should be at least six weeks old.
