Anyone who resides or owns property in Summit County is entitled to a free Summit County Library library card. The card can be used at the Coalville, Kimball Junction, and Kamas branches; acceptable proof of residency is required. For non-residents, a $25 annual fee per household is charged. Visitors and short-term residents with proof that they are staying within the city limits can get a temporary card for a $25 deposit.
