Prime Time was 20 minutes late to pick us up. We tried many times to reach them, with no success. We finally called another shuttle, which arrived at the same time as the Prime Time finally arrived. When I protested to my charge card company, Prime Time lied and said they were only 12 minutes late and that we had left. Hard to fight a liar. So we had to pay Prime Time AND the other shuttle. NEVER use this company.

When me and my husband came back from chicago airport on 4-2-06 after midnight, we had advised them of the delay at the chicago airport everything was ok they were provided with my reservation number and everything. When we arrived at LAX and called from the courtesy phones at the airport the lady which we found out later was named Yolanda sound like we woke her up she called the van to get the van passed us by we waved yelled we are here, when calling back to let them know they missed up Ms Yoland hung up the phone us time and time again this was the rudest person we had ever dealt with she did not even give us a chance to tell her that the driver missed all she wanted to do was go back to sleep after waiting for almost an hour at lax we called super shuttle to come and pick up and they arrived with in minutes to take us home. Just to let you know I did stop payments with my credit card company not the pay primetime.****never ever use primetime shuttle if you are arriving after business hours they are a joke and I had vist other websites where they had actually left other people at lax with smalll children ******prime time customer service is a joke and the person from there and anyone else who put other customers through this need to be fired they do not deserve our business*********USE CAUTION*********
