The Surprise Recreation Complex, positioned on approximately 180 acres in the northwest Valley, is a multi-purpose facility housing the Surprise Aquatic Center, Northwest Regional Surprise Library, Surprise Stadium, Spring Training facilities for the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals, multi-purpose fields, a community park with an urban fishing lake, and the nearby Surprise Recreation Center.
