My daughter is 3 and has been going to Sweet &Sassy for almost 2 years... The management to the staff are all amazing and so passionate about their job and it shows! I can see why this salon won the parent pick's award!!!

I'm always so happy with the services, quality and outcome of all our visits! Sweet & Sassy is an amazing place to take your little one to get pampered or have a party/event ! I take my daughter here before any dance recital, party or special event to get her hair done. She is 3 and her hair will stay perfect for up to a week...

All the staff at Sweet & Sassy go above and beyond to make the experience for both parents and children amazing!! My daughter gets so excited knowing she is going to the salon!

Thanks you Sweet & Sassy for providing such a great environment for the kids! I can't wait to have my daughters birthday here!!

To all of the wonderful, loyal, and devoted clients that support SWEET & SASSY of Tampa......My name is Ashlee Munoz and I am the Proud Salon Manager of Sweet & Sassy in Tampa where we have been ranked number one for NICKELODEONS PARENTS CHOICE for a childrens salon! Today is July 10th, 2012, I was presented with information that there was a negative review of our salon on this site, I was stunned , hurt and overwhelmed with emotion as I am the one who deals with any issues that may be presented at sweet and sassy, and after seeing the negative review I was blown away by the commentary and was never called on this situation and nothing was ever reported to myself or the owner. If this was presented to us as an emergency as the client below expresses then extreme action would have taken place with the stylist and the service would have be refunded. We clearly do not run and unsucessful buisness here and I as well as the owner and staff take all of our positions very serious and would never put a child in danger nor in a state of panic. If you love our store please take the time to read this and for the future public who decide to state an opinion of the this buisness please keep in mind that our management is an open book and we can be reached at 813-963-5437 if there are any complaints, comments or concerns, please be very careful of the negative things you post especially for a small buisness owner and her family that are trying to survive and to all those who once again are so loyal we truly thank you from the bottom of hearts!

WE ARE COMPLETELY CHOCKED ABOUT THIS PLACE.

WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT TODAY, MAY, 09/12 AT 5:00 P.M.,SO WE TOOK OUR SON, EXPECTING OF HAVING A GOOD HAIR CUT; BUT, WHAT WE GOT IT WAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER. FIRST OF ALL EVEN WE CALLED THE LADY ON TIME TO LET HER KNOW WE WERE RUNNING 5 MINUTES LATE BECAUSE OF THE TRAFFIC, SHE SAID IT WAS OK AND SHE WILL BE WAITING FOR US. AS SOON AS WE GOT THERE NOBODY WAS INSIDE; THEN SHE CAME FROM OUTSIDE AND JUST MADE OUR SON TO SIT. I EXPLAINED HER HOW WE WANTED HIS HAIR CUT, SHE STARTED TALKING TO MY SON IN A NO SO POLITE WAY, "TO STOP MOVING HIS HEAD"; THEN IN THE MIDDLE OF HER JOB I SAW THAT SHE WAS CUTTING MORE THAN WE EXPECTED, I TOLD HER IT WAS TOO MUCH AND I COULD SEE SHE DIDN'T LIKE THAT AND HER ANSWER WAS, SHE HAD TO DO IT. SHE CONTINUED AND IT WAS CLEAR SHE WASN'T DOING HER JOB IN A POSITIVE ATTITUDE. SHE COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WHAT SHE NEEDED FOR HER JOB; SHE WAS COMPLETELY LOST. BECAUSE I'M LATIN, SHE MAYBE THOUGHT I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND HER AND SHE CALLED HER CO-WORKER TO TELL HER ABOUT MY CONCERN; IS THIS PROFESSIONAL???

WHEN SHE FINISHED I WAS SURPRISE ABOUT MY SON'S HAIR; IT WAS TERRIBLE AND SHE USED THE ELECTRIC RAZOR TO CUT SOME HAIR FROM HIS FOREDHEAD; SOMETHING WE NEVER SAW BEFORE DOING IN A KID EVER; SHE DIDN'T ASK ME IF I WANTED THAT STYLE. ALL HIS HAIR IS UNEVEN; IT IS A MESS NOW. THANKS GOD IT WILL GROW, BUT THIS DOESN'T GIVE HER THE RIGHT TO DO WHATEVER SHE WANTS. OUR SON HAD PIECES OF HAIR EVERYWHERE AND WE HAD TO TELL THE OTHER LADY WHO WORKS THERE IF SHE COULD CLEAN AT LEAST HIS FACE WITH POWDER AND A BRUSH.

THIS GIRL IS WORKING WITH KIDS AND SHOULD BE PROFESSIONAL AND KIND. OUR SON WAS QUITE AND OUTSIDE HE TOLD ME HE WAS AFRAID, BECAUSE OF THE WAY SHE WAS MOVING HIS HEAD AND THE WAY SHE TALKED TO HIM.

HONESTLY IF THIS IS A PLACE JUST FOR GIRLS, YOU SHOULD HAVE A SIGN OF IT OR EXPLAIN CUSTOMERS THAT THIS IS ONLY A GIRLS PLACE. WE ARE NOT SURE IF THIS YOUNG LADY HAS EXPERIENCE WITH KIDS, SPECIALLY "BOYS".



AS A MOM I WOULD BE AFRAID TO GO BACK TO THIS PLACE; DEFINITELY NO!!! AND WILL TELL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO AVOID TAKING THEIR KIDS TO THIS KIND OF PLACE. I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE NO MATTER IF IS NOT SO FANCY OR HOW FAR FROM MY HOME COULD BE.



SERVICE, SAFETY AND PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP A BUSSINESS, SPECIALLY IF THIS IS FOR CHILDREN.

I took my son here to get his first haircut,the staff was great,super friendly,and fun!They give you a cute picture of your child at the end and for his first haircut,they put it in a cute keepsake bag!It was a great experience!!

We had our granddaughter's party at Sweet&Sassy. It was fantastic, from the lights to the runway and the attention given by the party coordinators. Hubby and I are taking her in for a Valentine spa special. She's so excited to know she's going back there again. Highly recommended.

You really need to be there to appreciate the concept. The decor, the excellent staff, the attention to detail given to the kid/customer. I've never seen another like it.
