Taste of Saigon serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Diners who find this hidden treasure on Park City's Main Street won't be disappointed. We tried several items off the menu, including Saigon egg rolls, imperial rolls (like a fresh spring roll), pan-fried tofu, Pho Tai Nam (a rice noodle soup with beef), Asian beef stew in clay pot, spicy curry mountain trout, and vegetarian spicy curry in clay pot. All items were delicious, and some - the Asian beef stew, the spicy curry mountain trout, and the Pho Tai Nam - were particularly exceptional. Entrees run from about $10 to $15, which is especially affordable by Park City standards. It is not uncommon to see families dining here, and high chairs are available for young children.
