The Bouncey Place is not a good place for a childs party. It is freezing in the party rooms your guests will not only need to bring socks but heavy winter coats, gloves and hats. The cement floors are hazardous. There are not enough safety mats on the cement floors in the play areas. It is absolutely ridiculous to have bare cement floors in the party rooms where children are running around and having their refreshments on picnic like tables where they could fall backwards and be seriously hurt. There was no professionalism, supervision or customer service because of the immature staff. I would recommend going to 321 Bounce as I have been to parties at both places and it is far superior.

A woman grabbed my 4 year old son's arm and held him because she said he hit her daughter, after she took a ball that my son and another boy were playing with. At first I thought my son did something he started and I was ok with having him say sorry. However, when she wouldn’t let go of him, I had to actually remove her hand from my son arm. She said he needed to apologize for hitting her, even after he did, THREE times. We watched as this little girl was going around "taking" other objects from other kids. (But some how my son was the bad guy, hmm) This woman then went around and was “talking” with all the rest of the employees about what had just happened making a display, not only of herself, but the situation. When we asked one of the employees what she said, she claimed my son started it. She actually stopped me in the middle of others as they were coming and going out the doors. I just told her she can’t go around grabbing other children. Someone could easily have called CPS or the Police to file charges. However, then one of the employees, who this woman talked to, and was no where around when the incident happened, stated the woman never grabbed my son’s arm. WHAT! Later, after I left and calmed down, I went back, just to talk to a manager in private and let them know what happened. The manager never closed her door, never talked to me in confidence and nearly brushed me off. I suspect, as I found out, from the manager, that the other “mother” was actually an off duty employee!! I never got an I’m sorry, what can we do for you, etc, from the manager, at which point, I immediately cancelled my party reservation and will NOT be returning to a place that condones such disrespectful, dishonest and overt employees, much less, a very poor customer service attitude, just to protect one of their own.

We took our 2 year old to the bouncy place and she loved it. The best part about the bouncy place is that we got to bounce with our daughter. Our daughter is on the shy side and us being able to bounce with her was nice. Plus it is a great work out for mom and dad!
