about The Briar Street Theatre:
Current home of
Blue Man Group,
The Briar Street Theatre - an intimate venue that somehow has room for an audience of 600 - doesn't have many bad seats, if it has any at all. (Although, Ticketmaster does list a handful of them as "obstructed".)
Kids always get a thrill from a visit to
Briar Street's bathroom, where they can hear the percussive
Bathroom Song playing over the speakers with a chorus of people on the recording yelling, "Bathroom! Bathroom!"
Sodas and glasses of champagne run a reasonable price for a theater, at $3 and $5 respectively. Bring cash, since the bar accepts cash only.
tips:
Consider using the parking lot directly across the street. The convenience of parking so close to the theatre more than compensates for the moderate $12 parking fee. But, since parking space is limited, we also recommend arrival at least a half hour before curtain to ensure a spot.
