About The Center for Creative Exploration
The Center for Creative Exploration offers hour-long painting classes for children ages six and up. The center adheres to a process-oriented philosophy, with a focus on fostering the creativity within each child, in a non-judgmental atmosphere.
The open studio environment gets high marks from parents who have used it. "It's so inviting," says one, "it just draws you in and makes you want to paint!"

- Our daughter has been taking classes with Gary for at least 7 years! We have been very happy with Gary and what the Center for Creative Exploration represents: the time and guidance for true relaxed creativity in a world where that is unfortunately getting harder to find.

[Submitted by Paul Zager8/24/09 - My daughter has been taking painting classes here with Gary Silverstein for 5 years and has just loved it. She has learned painting basics but more importantly has been guided and supported as she explores all kinds of feelings and ways of visually expressing herself. This class has been really important and wonderful for her. I can't recommend it or Gary highly enough.
