about The Creation Station:

There's a lot of cool stuff for art projects large and small at this small, somewhat cluttered recycled-materials store tucked away in suburban Lynnwood. We've seen everything from flat, round metal film canisters to rug remainders to outdated business supplies. If you're craft-minded, your head will spin at the possibilities; come in often because stock changes frequently. The store also carries a good selection of traditional craft supplies - paints, papers, fabrics - to help you turn the weird and wonderful stuff you find into a finished project. For $6.95 per person, you and your family can create projects on-site, all supplies included. This makes a great playgroup outing, rainy-day activity, or birthday party location. Birthday parties: Each party lasts two hours. Kids can work on projects for the first hour, and have refreshments in the second hour. You bring cake, ice cream and all the party trimmings, and supervise the kids while they work. The Creation Station provides a festive atmosphere (no extra decorations necessary), a reserved space for your party, invitations, and a goody bag that kids get to fill from the bulk section. [$125 plus tax/up to 10 guests; $7.99 plus tax each additional guest]
