With typical rates of $129 to $189 per night, and an on-site water park, arcade, and ice rink, the hotel is also just steps from the revitalized historic riverfront, and attractions such as the Mill City Museum. At Washington Avenue South, three blocks west of the river. Unlimited in-out parking in the underground garage runs $14/day.
