Both traditional and Suzuki methods are employed at The Diller-Quaile School of Music, depending on the needs of the student and the family. Two basic programs are offered for children: the Early Childhood Program, with classes for children up to age seven; and the Instrumental/Vocal Program.
Lessons are offered in piano, violin, viola, cello, bass, wind instruments, percussion, guitar, and voice. Private lessons can be scheduled.
The Early Childhood Program is extremely good and extremely popular. The classes are very small - approximately 12 children. The classes are conducted in a format which allows for a gradual separation process.
