Although The First Page does stock adult titles, this bookstore is all about kids. The terrific selection is organized by age group and displayed with books facing out, so that young shoppers can see the covers easily. The young ones are absolutely encouraged to make themselves at home and develop a love of reading here.

Community is taken seriously here; storytimes are held daily during the week, and upon request 5% of all purchases are donated to the school library of the one's choice.

The store also stocks educational toys, character dolls, science projects, puzzles, and other gift items for little ones.
