The Great Holtzie delivered a phenomenal performance at the birthday party of our 6-year-old twins. He had 45 children eating out of the palm of his hand for an hour! At the end, one child said, "I wish it would last for 5 hours!" Our boys said that it was the "silliest, funniest show" they had ever seen. Since the party, we have received numerous calls from other parents who reported that their child had the "best time" at the party because of the Great Holtzie's jokes, silly-ness, and tricks. Also, the "grown-ups" who stayed during the party also loved the show; the Great Holtzie sneaks in just enough material for the parents too. We highly recommend him for various audiences, and hope to see him again very soon! Maybe one day, he will be on TV. so we can tune in and see him daily.

The Great Holtzie did a wonderful job you did at my daughter's birthday party. He made the party fun and extremely memorable. I don't know who laughed harder, the kids or the parents.

The Great Holtzie performed at my son's birthday today. Jack, on the way upstairs said, "I just had the BEST time!" and Noah is still walking around talking about worms and baldness. The other kids and the adults loved it too. Holtzie jokingly said he has no artistic talent, but I think what The Great Holtzie does is definitely art and he is very, very talented. I've never seen my kids laugh that hard and for that long! Thanks again SO much to The Great Holtzie for making Jack's birthday extra special.

Thanks so much to The Great Holtzie for an amazing show last Saturday. My kids have his whole show memorized and can't stop reciting it. It's great! Well, except in Target this morning when my Sam was calling people "knucklehead" and "baldie"...

The Great Holtzie is edgy and funny. He's retained a part of his childhood that we can all recognize as part of our own. To my knowlege, he's the first stand up comedian for kids and families.

I will definitely be having the Great Holtzie come back to our camp next summer! We have had many acts come through the doors of St. Peter's Summer Camp, but the Great Holtzie kept every child engaged and laughing! Not only did the first graders enjoy the show, but the 3 year olds could also appreciate his jokes. My staff was impressed with his ability to cross all age groups. The Great Holtzie was able to reach every age and personality present at our camp. I have never seen an entertainer quite like him before. He is truly a unique find!

Adam, thank you so much for the show you performed at my son's sixth birthday. I was so hesitant to have you come because I had never seen your show. With that said, I must admit that I am so glad we had you here. The kids laughed and screamed in delight for the full 50 minutes - the time flew by - and the parents stood in the kitchen enjoying your performance just has much. You were so much better than I would have thought possible. I really think it was the best day of my son's life. He just asked me if he can have another birthday party. So, all I can say is thank you so much!!!

The Great Holtzie performed at my home in Delaware for my daughter's 5th birthday party. There were about 12 enthusiastic, energetic kids running around and his show saved the day! The kids were practically rolling with delight, and the screams of laughter were great! His jokes and tricks were definitely geared toward the age group, and the adults too! I'm probably going to get him back at her birthday next year! My daughter is a little on the sensitive side, and some of the tricks intimated her a little, but all-in-all, everyone else had a wonderful time. She still wants to watch the videotape over and over (since she realized the tricks weren't real)! Hooray for Holtzie!

I'm the first to admit that I've put a whole lot of time and energy into planning a total of 14 birthday parties for our two daughters. We've had some real hits, but even our best party pales in comparison to what The Great Holtzie delivered to our latest "Comedy Club" birthday event. I have never seen kids laugh so hard and for so long. It was a real treat to see the three-year-olds cracking up right along with the six-year-olds, the 12-year-olds, and even the parents. I would book The Great Holtzie again in a heartbeat!

The Great Holtzie is lots of hysterical fun! Even lone adults in the library came over to the children's side to get a laugh. The Great Holtzie is a "kids" entertainer. His humor is leveled at those ages three to 10, but there was enough humor for the adults to get laughs also. Great show!

My four-year-old son, Connor, saw The Great Holtzie at the Gloucester County Library last month and has been talking about him non-stop. The other night, he was trying to fall asleep and he kept on giggling. I asked him what was so funny and he said he was thinking of something funny The Great Holtzie had said. Fantastic show!

My two boys were at the Lower Providence library this week and just loved the Great Holtzie's act! My three-year-old's favorite part was when he ate the worms, and my five-year-old loved his "cowboy hat" and bald jokes! I came with my boys, my mother, and a woman my mother takes care of who is mentally retarded and also has cerebral palsy. She had so much fun! She was really getting the jokes. It can be very hard to break through to her and communicate as she cannot speak, and boy did The Great Holtzie get through to her! It was a really awesome thing to see her clapping, laughing, and squealing. It was such a fun night.

The Great Holtzie captivated our three- and four-year-olds with his unique show. Their constant laughing, shouting, and squealing confirmed his appeal to their sense of humor. This was great entertainment for our young campers - the smiles said it all!

The Great Holtzie performed this December at The Morris Arboretum's Annual Premier Member's Holiday Garden Railway Evening. The event was a great success with a record-breaking 600 members registered to see the railway and The Great Holtzie's fabulous show. He kept the packed room of children, parents, and staff laughing and smiling. He made our event even more magical! My colleagues and I were still laughing on Monday morning.

I cannot thank The Great Holtzie enough for participating in our Kidzfest 2007 event – he was a huge hit! With a crowd over 1,000 people present, I could still hear the kids and parents laughing from across the field. Several of my friends that had seen his performance stopped me and said their children wanted to know when he was coming back on - he was hysterical! The Great Holtzie helped us in successfully raising over $15,000 for the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's fight against children's cancer, heart disease, and premature birth. I am eternally grateful.

Holtzie performed at my daughter's third birthday party, which consisted of about four kids and 40 adults. Holtzie was not fazed at all by the mostly adult audience, and entertained everyone. Though the birthday girl was nearing the "I'm overwhelmed" birthday meltdown" stage when Holtzie arrived, about five minutes into his performance she started to relax and laugh. Holtzie encourages audience participation without making the more reticent among us nervous - plus he's not scary like clowns can be. The Great Holtzie does not disappoint; my daughter still talks about some of his tricks a month later.

We wanted something different for my son's fifth birtday party and found The Great Holtzie. His high energy is contagious and he does an amazing job entertaining children (and adults too)! I'm so glad I found him and the kids are still talking about him!

The Great Holtzie brought a level of laughter and humor to our annual XPoNential Music Festival this summer on the Camden Waterfront! His attention and focus to the kids he is performing with, mixed with his winks and nods to the adults nearby, is a perfect oasis in a sea of overzealous clowns and crusty magicians - a breath of fresh air for any kids' party!

The Great Holtzie performed at our camp for two- to four-year-olds and the counselors. He kept the attention of everyone for the whole time. Sometimes the younger children can't sit through a whole program but they were completely engaged. The children participated and laughed. The counselors gave great feedback and want him to come back during the school year for our pre-school. The Great Holtzie was animated, energetic, and funny! I highly recommend The Great Holtzie for anyone that wants a great program.

We had the great Holtzie entertain our preschool camp recently. What a find! He kept the children and staff engaged and entertained for the whole time. We have had other programs this summer, and our little kids usually leave half way through - but not with the great Holtzie. He was amazing. Parents asked me about it the next day, which just tells you that the children were still talking about him when they got home! I highly recommend the great Holtzie for any and all events. For the very young to the very old. He is hilarious! The staff wants to make sure we have him back during the school year.

The Great Holtzie did my daughter's seventh birthday party. It worked out great for the whole family! Her younger sisters and brother (four-year-old triplets) loved the show and didn't feel left out from the party. Adam was a pleasure to deal with before, during, and after the party.

The Great Holtzie performed for a large group at a neighborhood block party this past weekend. The children loved him. He is a refreshing alternative to the traditional entertainers for children. He makes children comfortable, connects with them at their level, and - best of all - makes them laugh. I highly recommend him.

The Great Holtzie performed at my son's 5th birthday party in Center City this weekend. I found him on this website last month and chose him based partly on the reviews here. He said if I liked the show, to give an honest review myself. My little boy and the other kids loved the show. Holtzie was very nice to a shy little girl who didn't want to join the group. By the end, she was laughing along with the rest. A real talent. Thanks.

I was looking for entertainment for my son's fifth birthday party, and a clown or your typical magician would not do. I found The Great Holtzie on Myspace.com and after watching a video of a previous party he had done, I was sold. I must say that Holtzie provided more fun and entertainment than I had anticipated. He had children and adults doubled over in laughter. He left quite an impression on us all, and the look of pure joy and excitement in my son's face was priceless. Later that night, after the party was over and we were getting ready for bed, my son said to me, "Mom, can that silly guy come back next year for my birthday party? He was my favorite present."

I just found the Great Holtzie on this site or I would have posted sooner! My sister and I hired the Great Holtzie to perform for our daughters' birthday party last fall (it was a joint party). My neice loves princesses and my daughter is a tomboy, so we decided going with comedy was a safe route, even though my niece wanted the typical princess party. He was fantastic! All of the children loved him, girls and boys alike. Even the parents were laughing. I've been to way too many birthday parties on the Main Line in the last three years and it was so refeshing to have a different entertainer. If you don't have room for a moon bounce and you don't want to feel like a dork hiring a clown (don't get me started on the unfunny clowns I've seen) then the Great Holtzie is the way to go. When the show was over a lot of the parents wanted to hang out with him, but he had another show to do. I swear, I've never seen anything like him. Worth every penny!! We already have booked him for September 9th this year!!

The Great Holtzy did our son, Zack's, party three months ago. I was delighted when I saw that he was listed on GoCityKids. We found out about him through a friend of a friend. He was amazing. I've never seen a birthday entertainer like him. The kids were captivated and the laughter was out of control. They were practically screaming various times during the show. They loved him and he seemed to love their reactions. I can't say enough good things about Holtzy. I can't really say anything negative about him other than the show is interactive and high energy. If your child is shy or introverted, then this might not be the right performer. Other than that, I give him a 10 out of 10.
