The Jewish Community Center (JCC) serves both the Jewish and general community with a diverse collection of programs and events. It runs numerous sports programs and has a large roster of classes in art, dance, music, and languages.

The JCC in West Bloomfield houses a state-of-the-art fitness center, a childhood development/nursery school, an inline hockey center, and two Olympic-size pools. Annual events include a book fair, MusicFest, and a Film Festival. The center hosts a summer camp and an after-school youth program. The JCC also is home to the Frankel Jewish Academy, a college prep school serving students throughout metro Detroit.

The JCC in Oak Park features a fitness center, an Olympic-size indoor pool, summer camp and many family events.

There are also programs designed for special needs children, such as the KAT (Kids All Together) program and the annual Fame Games.

The JCC is a terrific place to hold a children's birthday party. There are numerous party packages themes available, including sports, arts and crafts, and make-your-own-theme.
