Best place to have a birthday party!! My son and all of his friends loved it. Friendly workers - very clean - lots of fun!

If you are looking for a super clean, super fun and super friendly place for the kiddos to hang out this summer you have to try this place!! And they have a new super affordable Summer pass this year. $39 for a kid for the whole summer and there is a family pass for $99! We are set to play at our favorite spot rain or heat wave all summer long :)))

What an awesome place - kids had a GREAT time!!

I've been to the jumpyard 20+ times. It is always one of my son's favorite play places. I went to meet friends who had never been there last night to show them the place. I have never been dissappointed in the service, but last night, (January 26, 2012) that all changed. It appeared to me that the teenagers running the counter didnt really care too much for customer service. They were texting on thier phones and I waited at the counter to order food for several min until someone noticed me. When I did get the chance to order I was told they were out of pizza for the night. Having been there several times in the past, i know they order thier pizza from an outside source. It was only 550 pm and the jumpyard was scheduled to be open til 8. I wasnt trying to order only one piece. I first wanted to order 3 pieces but when i was told there wasnt any left, i asked could they call and order me a whole pizza and I will pay for the whole thing. I was told no. I didnt say too much after that and walked away dissappointed. About 20 min later, now only a little after 6 i went up to buy popcorn because the kids were hungry. They had very little popcorn left and didnt care to pop anymore. I am just upset at the fact that the staff last night could have cared less if they sold anything as long as it didnt interfere with what they were doing. I hope that this type of attitude changes for the better. I like this place and would hate to not be able to go there because of poor customer service.

Excellent choice if you're looking for a place to host a birthday party. We've already been to two birthday parties for friends' children, and my sons (5 and 3) had a blast. So when oldest son's birthday rolled around and I asked what kind of party he'd like to have he convinced me that he wanted his party at the Jump Yard. I was still a bit skeptical knowing that places like these can be noisy and super busy depending on time of day as well as day of week. But we took our chances and signed on for a Sunday party. Our son was overjoyed to be there with all of his friends. And all the parents and family seemed to do a good job of mingling. Most importantly, the staff was excellent at taking care of all the details. They rounded up the kiddos, cut and served the pizza, cut the cake, and just kept order for the whole party. It was the first that I would say I thoroughly could enjoy as much as my children, because the responsibilities were largely taken care of by the staff. Hats off to this place. They seem to go the distance for their customers and treat the children like kings and queens!!

For all Northeast Ohio moms....I wanted to pass along an amazing event for kids ages 12-15. The Jump Yard in North Royalton is hosting another of their Teen Nights this Saturday, Jan 29th! This is an indoor family inflatable park that is usually packed with little ones (my 4 yr old and 6 yr old absolutely love it there!) but they occasionally close down early on Saturday nights and make it a teen only venue! The kids can jump on the inflatables, dance on a huge dance floor, there is a live DJ and even this cute and trendy VIP section that really plays up to the interests of my 15 yr old and his friends. But the best part is that it an affordable night out for the kids without their parents in a locked in event with a full staff and off duty police officer there to ensure their safety. I love this place and this event and had to share with all of you other moms that are constantly looking for a safe place that is still fun and let's you teen or pre teen be themselves :)

This is the absolute best bounce house around! We've tried them all, and no one else caters to both kids AND parents like the Jumpyard. We are looking forward to having my daughter's 5th birthday party there this year!

We went this weekend and again my children had a ball. Guess what they also got some new bouncers!!! fun, fun fun. Try it you'll be happy you went!!

We now have a Teen Night "The Jump Yard After Dark!" The next Teen night will be June 24th from 7pm - 10pm.

My kids love it and I can still watch the game!
