The Kids' Table offers classes centered round healthy cooking and eating for both children and parents.
Classes include age-appropriate, hands-on cooking experiences for kids ages two to ten, a nutrition class that teaches children ages five and up about the importance of a healthy lifestyle, and a food art class. Each month introduces a new theme, and each week explores a new recipe within that theme.
Summer camps for kids ages four to ten are also available.
Parent classes range from making baby food to solving the picky eater puzzle.
Birthday parties are also offered on the weekends.
