The Little Gym's core program is Developmental Gymnastics, a non-competitive, motor skill development program focusing on creating fun, positive experiences. Classes are designed for children ages four months through 12 years. The Little Gym also offers karate, dance, and sports skill classes for kids ages three to 12, plus parent and child classes ideal for infants and toddlers. Although hours vary, classes are typically held on weekdays with morning and evening classes and on Saturday mornings. Three-hour "camps" are held during the summer and school holidays. Birthday parties, featuring music, movement, and games (they even mail the invitations!) are available on Saturday afternoons and Sundays.
