about The Little Gym:

The Little Gym offers age-appropriate movement, gymnastics, and sports instruction for kids at all levels of experience. Gymnastics classes are geared to enhance motor skills, increase flexibility, and improve balance and rhythm. Kids can also hone listening skills and the ability to follow directions.

While The Little Gym is widely known for the gymnastics programs, additional classes are offered in dance, cheer, karate, and sports skills development.

Birthday parties are a breeze here. A 90-minute party consists of gymnastics, games, music, drinks, set up, clean up, and a t-shirt for the birthday child.

Summer and holiday camps offer parents a break while the kids have a blast. The camp curriculum includes physical fitness, play, arts and crafts, and special events. See the website for a current camp schedule.

Need a night out? Parents' Survival Night, held on select Friday and Saturday evenings, gives parents a chance to step out while their kids stay in and play. Reservations are advised. Parents' night out is open to members and non-members alike; schedules and participation might vary at different locations.
