The Little Gym offers age-appropriate movement, gymnastics, dance, and sports instruction for kids at all levels of experience.

A room painted with brightly colored walls, filled with gymnastics equipment of all sorts, offers lots to do and plenty of room to run around. Instructors here are friendly and professional, and work at knowing children by name and at including them in the action.

Classes for younger children (ages four months to three years) - the Bugs, Birds, Beasts, and Superbeasts - follow the same pattern every week, so kids know what to expect. The instructor leads songs and fun group activities and teaches basic gymnastics skills, and kids have plenty time for free play and ball play. Although children are encouraged to start learning to follow classroom instruction, wandering about is not frowned on. Class sessions last 20 weeks; summer sessions are 10 weeks long.

Older children (ages three to 12 years) - the Funny Bugs, Giggle Worms, and Good Friends - learn tumbling and apparatus skills, while gradeschoolers build on those skills in a non-competitive environment. Advanced gymnastics classes, by invitation, are also available for kids ages three-12. Children four months to three years attend with a caregiver, while kids over three attend on their own.

A sports skills class teaches kids ages three-12 the basics in soccer, baseball, basketball, and football, in combination with gymnastics.

Low-stress karate classes for kids ages four-12 emphasize "healthy attitude over absolute precision".

The gym's 90-minute birthday parties, led by trained staff, include gymnastics, games, music, set-up/clean-up, paper goods, drinks, and a T-shirt for the birthday child. Parties are held on Saturday afternoons and Sundays only. Birthday parties are open to members and non-members.

Summer camps offer great flexibility pick and choose your days. Weeklong theme camps cover subjects like paleontology, Harry Potter, sports, and more, and run from June through the end of August. Camps are offered to members and non-members.

Parents' Survival Night, held on select Fri and Sat evenings, gives parents a chance to step out while their kids play on the equipment, play games, and more. For potty-trained kids ages three-10; reservations advised. PNO's are open to members and non-members alike.
