about The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore:
Roam Druid Hill Park with over 2,700 amazing animals at The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore. Crow with the roosters, roar with the lions, snort with the hippos, bray with the donkeys, and growl with the polar bears. Get up close and personal with a friendly farm animal, perch in an oriole's nest, or ride through the Artic in an authentic Tundra Buggy. From the interactive Children's Zoo to the Polar Bear Watch, the zoo serves up an exotic adventure for the entire family.
Summer camp is offered for children entering grades three through nine. And birthday parties are held April through October on Saturdays and Sundays and must be reserved a minimum of a month in advance.

Zoo memberships include: express entrance, free admission to over 100 zoos and aquariums, and invitations to members-only events. Kidz Club (for children of members) includes: invitations to exclusive events, special birthday greeting, and personalized membership photo ID card.
