I recently had a birthday party at The Playroom and it was AMAZING!!!! We love to come in during the week and play but the party knocked my socks off! The two ladies working the party took care of everything from setting up, playing with the kids to putting everything in my car!!! I will def be doing a party here again!!!

We love this place. It is by far the best place in the valley for kids under 5... Everytime we go, we are greeted by a friendly face. It is ALWAYS clean and as a parent I know my kids are going to be safe and have a great time. We usually go there just for open play, but recently went to a party there, which was amazing. The kids were having a blast and the parents were able to relax while the kids just played and had fun.... Highly reccomend this place!!!!!

This place is the best place ever! I do not know what we would do if this place was not there-it has been a blessing from up above. We have been taking our twin girls there for 3 years now (since they were 9 months) and they love it now as much as they did the first day. We also recently had a birthday party there and the employees were amazing and did everything!! I just cannot say enough about The Playroom. It is always clean, the toys have batteries and if something breaks, they replace it and are always updating and bringing in new things. Though there are employees, the owners are also often there and everyone is so on the ball. WE LOVE IT!!!!!!

I have been going to The Playroom since Cash was 13 months. He is now 3 1/2 and he loves it just as much as he did the first day we went! My son loves all the toys esp all the new once that were recently bought! I love that they always re arrange the place to keep it fresh. This place is a HUGE life saver especially since we are expecting another little one soon! Can't really move as fast.

It caters to such a small age group (1-3) and the one year olds barely play and the 3 year olds are bored. The owners used to be there keeping up the place, adding new toys doing fun events but now we dont see them and its not so updated and clean anymore. I think one of the owners left that was our favorite to talk to. Now its just young bored employees. If they lowered the price in this economy and maybe added some new events and toys it we would revisit but for now its a been there done that..

Great place for new mommies to meet other mommies and children. Always stocked with new toys and ALWAYS sparkling clean. I appreciate how the owners make everyone remove their shoes. There are SO many germs on shoes.

I love the playroom. It was a lifesaver when I had my 2nd baby - I could let my 2.5 year old run around in a nice safe, fun and super clean playspace and I didn't have to chase her holding the new baby like I did at the park. We've been going to the playroom for over 3 years now (we went to the old location too). I love it and my kids love it. I've never ever had a problem parking - just go into the parking garage and ask the attendant where to park - he will direct you right away to a spot. I suppose my older daughter will eventually outgrow the place but for now it is still growing with her. She could spend hours playing air hockey and still enjoys the bouncer, rock wall, roller coaster, playhouse, slide, cars... well I guess she still loves it all! It is really clean too - they are constantly wiping down toys and vacuuming. I love the place.

When I first walked in to "The Playroom", I was excited. I had never seen an indoor playroom before. Still, I needed to make sure this was the place for Kai. Is it big enough? More importantly, is it clean and safe? My son Kai has been going for about 6 months... maybe more (he's now 15 months old). The owners are lovely. They work very hard at keeping the establishment clean (trust me, I watch to make sure). They are also always willing to assist the children (in case parents are on the other side of room). I feel it is very important that my son be surrounded by good people in a positive, nurturing and safe environment. He just loves it (and the owners). He knows what's good.

Hi, Charlene! I just wanted to thank you again for a wonderful playdate today at The Playroom. Jonah had such a great time! So much so, in fact, that he fell asleep within minutes of getting in the car. Yay!! ;p For those of you who haven't yet checked out The Playroom, you will love it! I've been to a couple other indoor play rooms, and Charlene's is by far THE CLEANEST!!! It's spacious and not overwhelming with too many toys or activities. I also really like the fact that they have separated and gated off the eating area, which even includes small tables and chairs for the children. Other places I've been to had the eating area (with adult-size only tables and benches) right among all the toys and play equipment. You can imagine the mess and the constant distraction. I had to feed my son in the car, b/c all he wanted to do was play w/ the toys that were right at his feet. But not at The Playroom! We sat and ate lunch so peacefully. I loved the whole experience! And thanks again, Charlene, for the Valentine's Day balloon. That worked like a charm getting Jonah out the door and into the car. ;p We will definitely be back - hopefully with friends next time. :)

My daughter has been coming to The Playroom since she was 9 months old. We love meeting friends there for playdates! And what a great place to let the kids play when it is cold or rainy outside! The space is clean, clean, clean and the staff is super friendly!!! Check it out...you won't be sorry!

WOW,I find it so intersting about the comment on 1/26 because I was there that day,and I found the owner to be really helpful and attentive .I did actually see the owner take a toy from a child because he was throwing it and I was ecstatic that she did so .If children are behaving inappropiately,and there parents arent willing to parent them ,then I expect the owner to step in .Just because it is a childrens play center dosent mean children should be allowed to bully,break, and throw toys at other children .Again,it is the owners/managers responsibility to make sure that it is a safe place for good kids,and honestly these children should have been thrown out-and the parents should be sent to parent ettiquette school .TEACH YOUR CHILDREN TO HAVE MANNERS . This playcenter is definately one of the cleaniest and best playcenters that I have been to -and Ive seen them all .I highly reccommend it .

our playgroup went to this establishment last monday and we all had a wonderful time. we noticed right away that one of the owners constantly cleaned the equipments/toys after the kids were done with them and was very friendly to the customers. i for one truly appreciated the cleanliness of the place.

Wow I am shocked at that last review. I wonder if this was the same moms that were there the day we went. I felt so bad for the owner. The group broke her gate and left a pretty big mess. I was actually embarassed for the group of moms and their behavior. Really sad that as a business owner you have to deal with people like that and then I see a negative post here. I felt I needed to speak up and represent the Playroom. The owner is gracious and courteous. The Playroom is the cleanest indoor play room I have been to. A very delightful atmosphere to say the least.

This is the cleanest indoor playground I have seen. We did a lot of research before throwing a birthday party for my toddler and the playroom was the cleanest. The staff is very nice and helpful. It might be smaller than some of the other playgrounds, but to me cleanliness comes first. The staff is very good about keeping food away from the play area which is great. I have seen other playgrounds where this issue is ignored and food and garbage end up around the toys which is really disgusting. If your priority is a clean place where your child will not get sick then this is the place for you.

way to high in price for something that is so small, really just for young children, once your child can really move around, don't go to the playroom, owner is very cranky and rude, took several toys away from the children, which I don't know why they have them if they are not free to play with, and did not make any suggestion of what the children could do just kept letting then know what they couldn't do and we are talking about 3 year olds, several who wound up in tears over her harsh repremands, it just really is not a friendly place and to top it off she had the nerve to lecture us as we were leaving that she had clean up under the table we used while we were there, which we completly pickede up but, isn't that part of owning a play center, where there are kids there will be messes! maybe she is in the wrong buissness!!!

I recently attended a party at the Playroom and was so impressed. The party people were on top of everything and the kids were all having just the greatest time. I could not get over how clean everything was and how much fun my kids were having. When the party ended-they did not want to leave. We have since gone back for their open play time and the kids had just as much fun. Hopefully they will open more locations just like this one - it is something that should be shared. Perfect for the under 4 crowd and a great party place! so thrilled-we will go back again and again and will definately have our party there come September.

I so totally disagree with the last comment. A nuisance I agree, but life happens and without using the place they could not know. The Playroom is without doubt the best play place I've ever had a party at. My kids loved every minute and the staff were so kind, kid friendly and so patient and with little ones that's a feat in itself. One of the most important things about the playroom is the cleanliness and the fact that the owners are Moms who totally understand what kids need. Really great stress free place.

Wow! this place was amazing. A friend told me about it & suggested i take my 3 year old boys and i am so glad i did. They had a great time. They bounced, played dress up, climbed the climbing wall, rode the cool roller coasters and were everywhere. When it was time to go, i could not get them out of there. We must have been there for 3 hours. The owner - who was working was so helpful and was cleaning and picking stuff up the whole time we were there. The place was super clean. We loved it and will go back there again and again! Thank you for opening such a great place.

For stress-filled birthday party plans, I would highly recommend booking at The Playroom! I booked our party 8 weeks in advance only to be called less than a month before the party date that someone had booked it in the meantime for another party. Then, they asked me when I had originally booked it! I guess giving your credit card information for a deposit was not enough of a serious commitment. In the end, it was the other Mom who suggested a double party...the owner who had originally booked my party had few options to discuss. The party never materialized. For Moms that are already stressed (most of us), I would recommend this place for additional unnecessary stress for what should be happy planning. If I could, I would give this place negative star ratings.

I LOVE THE PLAYROOM!!!! It is owned by Moms who are ALWAYS THERE! It is THEIR HOME and they treat us like family each and every time. This place is super clean and my two year old loves it!!!! These Moms have made the most of this space-it is jam packed with all sorts of fun things. A jumper,rock climbing wall, the best kitchen, two mini coasters,a dress up station, and cars GALORE.To grown up eyes this space may seem small, but to your little one...It's PERFECT! With many kids or just a few, my son always has a great time!! I highly recommend it! Buy a card with twenty-it's the best deal:)

I am a regular at The Playroom with my twins and I must say that it is the best place to wear them out. The staff is very kind and helpful and the place is very clean

I took my 4 year old and one year old for a playdate there. It's 9 dollars per child for a space smaller than my livingroom. The owner actually had to take away one of the more fun toys (a car) because the place was so small it was dangerous for kids. The bouncy was fun and there was an okay baby area, but the nine bucks per kid AND the sock fee if you forget yours is insane! We'll stick to Under the Sea in Tarzana...

The other place was small but this is just silly. Parking was horible. Expensive, and I can't bring both my children, it would be a waste of money for a 7 year old (plus there's an age limit). My 3 year old was bored to tears. Glad I went during the "Grand Opening" when it was free.
