about The Sewing Room:

A place for finding notions, fabric, sewing machines, and expertise, The Sewing Room breathes life into the fine (and sometimes dying) art of sewing. In addition to a sewing class for beginners, The Sewing Room offers summer camps for kids every year. Early registration is encouraged and usually opens up in March. A $100 camp fee gets two hours of sewing class each day, use of sewing machinge, fabric, notions, patterns, and a finished masterpiece! Some of the projects that have been made in the past are sleep shirts and pillowcases, lap quilts, placemats, and purses.

If you are planning to stop in on a Sunday, make sure you call first, because sometimes the store closes for the day.
