What'll ya have? No visit to Atlanta is complete without a meal at The Varsity, where placing an order is half the fun. Be sure to visit www.thevarsity.com/history before stopping by so you'll know how to "walk a dog" and "ring one." But don't worry, the staff is used to helping newbies. This offshoot of the original downtown location opened in 1990, and offers over 60 fast food items, including salads and grilled items. Hamburgers start at $1.15 each. There is no "kiddie menu" because the food is a la carte and kid friendly (hot dogs, grilled cheese). Take-out boxes are available if you prefer to enjoy your Varsity food at a local park or sporting event. High chairs and booster chairs are available. Catering is available for parties.
