The West Chester Railroad and its cars provide a nostalgic look at railroad days gone by. The rail company offers train trips on Sundays, May through October; special event and holiday trains are available on select Saturdays and/or Sundays throughout the year.
The train route runs between Market Street in West Chester and the quaint village of Glen Mills; the round-trip takes approximately 90 minutes. There is a small picnic grove at the Glen Mills station and portable restrooms are located at both the West Chester and Glen Mills stations.
The dining car can be rented (by reservation only) for birthday parties and other special events. Call 610.430.2233 for reservations and pricing.
