About The Westin Seattle

The Westin is located conveniently close to Seattle's downtown shopping area, Belltown restaurants, and the Pike Place Market. Its circular towers offer nice views of downtown; guest rooms are compact but well-appointed, and include the so-called "Heavenly Bed" (an inviting all-white bed outfitted with soft pillows and smooth sheets), nice Caswell-Massey bath products, Starbucks coffee in the rooms, and 24-hour fitness room and 24-hour room service. The hotel also has a pool and a jacuzzi. The Westin Kids Club offers services and amenities to families travelling with kids, including a sports bottle or sippy cup at check in (filled with free beverages at mealtime); coloring books and bath toys; and the Westin Kids Club story line, which allows kids to listen to stories from their in-room phone. Parents have access to safety kits complete with adhesive bandages, electrical outlet covers, identification bracelets, and a list of local emergency phone numbers. Families can also request items like jogging strollers at no additional cost; cribs, high chairs, and other baby gear are also available and can be set up in your room in advance. If you decide to eat at one of the Westin's restaurants, the Coldwater Bar & grill and the 5th Avenue Corner Cafe, request preferred reservations and order your meals ahead of time so the food will be ready when you arrive with hungry kids in tow. Children's menus are also available at hotel restaurants and through room service.

Tips

Kids 18 and under stay free at Westin Hotels & Resorts (check for exceptions) as long as they are staying with an adult and using existing bedding.

We have a 5 year old and 4 year old, the Westin has always been very good about taking care of our special requests for our kids. The Coldwater Grill has also been good for kids and been a great adult meal AND good for the kiddos too!
