From time to time, The Works offer tours beyond its own walls; the museum's educational staff takes visitors on "behind the scenes" tours of area businesses. The Family Industry Tours are designed for those age 12 and up.
While The Works offers something for all ages, its Busy Bee Play & Learn Camp deserves special mention as it's optimized for little kids, ages three through six, to learn about and have fun with scientific concepts.

getting there:
Exit I-70 at SR 79, heading north approximately 10 miles to SR 16. Follow SR 16 east to the Fourth Street Exit (route 13) go South into Newark. From Fourth Street, turn left onto Locust. Follow Locust until it becomes First Street.
