The amenities of 76-acre Tilles Park include a small lake for fishing, baseball/softball athletic field, trails, tennis courts, and picnic sites and reservable shelters, many of which include electric outlets, seasonal modern restrooms, water, and barbeque pits.
Children's Hospital's all-inclusive "Together We Play" playground is a relatively new feature to the park. It offers soft surfaces, a ramping system, sand and water play areas, and a sound-play area.
Each Christmas season, the park is home to Winter Wonderland, a light display created and designed by St. Louis County parks employees; snowy carriage rides and other seasonal events take place too.
