Minnesota's men's and women's pro basketball teams, the Timberwolves and Lynx, offer summer camps at locations throughout the metro area for kids who want to work on hoops skills in a fun environment. Most of the weeklong camps are co-ed and run Mon-Fri 9am-3pm, but single-sex and half-day options are offered, as are camps for those with more advanced skills. No extended care is available. The camps are taught by high school and college coaches. Camp fees include tickets to Timberwolves and Lynx games, and a mesh jersey, basketball, and end-of-week award.
