I took my daughter, Maggie, for her first haircut yesterday. Absolutely wonderful experience. The stylist was wonderful, both personally and professionally. My daughter, who is usually painfully shy in new surroundings, felt right at home. We LOVE the haircut! And after we left, Maggie said, "I LOVE TINY CUTS!" She can't wait to go back. Thanks a million!

Took my daughter for a bob and came out with a terrible expensive haircut. It is uneven the hair is cut extremely choppy. Carmen had no idea to cut my daughters hair to shape her face. Very disappointed! She also has no patience why would she choose to work with kids!

Ive taken my son to tiny cuts for a haircut for the last two years. I am satisfied with his haircuts, as well as, the people that work there. I like the kid friendly environment and my son seems to have alot of fun playing in the little play area.

I have been going to Tiny Cuts for quite a while for my two sons and even for
myself. We always have a pleasant experience. I find Carmen and her staff to be very warm and friendly.

This was my first time at Tiny Cuts and it's supposed to be a friendly place to take your kids but instead I was greeted with less than thrilled employees. The entire time I was there I kept overhearing the owner and another co-worker discussing who's paid up and who hasn't. The children's section is filled with dirty toys and the car chairs are unsafe with loose wires hanging out. I've been to other children's hair salon's and never have I ever paid $20 for a buzz cut! The woman cutting my son's hair kept stopping to place and re-place her breakfast order with the owner. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

You ask for a classic boy cut and you get the usual buzz job that every other boy gets. They pretend that they are listening to you but in reality the haircut doesn't remotely resemble what you requested. On a good day, you might get an even haircut. Most times, it's crooked, choppy or plain uneven. The car chairs have seen better days. All three are broken to some extent. The back room where they recommend that children play while waiting is full of broken, dirty toys. They request you take your child's shoes off. I did it once. Never again! His socks were stark white when before he entered the play area. They looked like fuzzy slippers when he exited - full of hair. I was disgusted by the filthy conditions. As an eternal optimist, I kept going back because I hoped the cuts would get better. But each time, my experience was worse than the previous one. I finally got fed up. There was no sense in causing a fuss in the shop. You are not going to get anywhere. It is easier not to go back. For my son's future haircuts, I've decided to just go to a real salon. I shouldn't have to pay money to get a haircut I didn't want.

We at tiny cuts childrens hair salon would like to thank the parents who post such positve reviews about us. we all try very hard to make the little ones and their parents comfortable, and we never had a problem with our haircuts, or an unhappy parent. however, everyone is entitled to a bad day!!!! thanx guy!

i take my children to tiny cuts all the time they love the 2 women there very outgoing & personal i think they do a great job keep up the great work ladies we'll be back soon

Brought my kid for a haircut. My kid was very behaved; I was there. The lady did a horrible job (the sides were uneven) and when I requested to speak with the manager because the lady refused to re-do the haircut, the manager/ owner did not even acknowledge my complaint but instead defended her employee's horrendous job. I guess having a soft spoken personality did not help my with my case one bit!!

I took my 8 month old for his first haircut last week and was so impressed with this salon. The place offers cute toy cars to sit in and video entertainment while they get their hair cut. My son could not get enough of Elmo. Carmen the hairdresser is awesome! She was quick and super nice to my little boy. I live in NJ and will make the trip over to Brooklyn from now on to get my boy's hair cut.

I had both my childrens hair cut at the salon. They were very exicted about the colorful surroundings and child like atmosphere. It made them feel secure and welcome. Their first haircut experience turned out to be very pleasant. Carmen, the owner and hairstylist was very patient and at ease with the children which made them feel very comfortable. I recommend this salon to both children and adults.
