New York's Best!!! Professional fitters, great selection and best of all, my children loved going there. My youngest is wide and hard to fit. My oldest is a budding fashionista. I couldn't imagine trying to satisfy both needs in one outing. Wow! They did it! I don't know of any parent that hasn't faced the chore of shoe shopping with their children as just that...a chore. HERE IT WAS A PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE NOT ONLY FOR MYSELF BUT, MORE IMPORTANTLY, FOR MY CHILDREN!

I bought a new balance shoes for my daughter there. She normally fits into size 8. The shoes were on sale and they were 8.5. I asked a sales associate that if the shoes run true to size. He said yes and he said they should fit my daughter. Turned out the shoes run super small and tight. My daughter fits into size 8 in all other shoes except these in size 8.5!! I told the store manager and they would not take them back since they were final sale!! I am very very upset throughing out $20 for something that they don't fit. They should have made an exception considering the situation. I will never shop again. Generally they are overpriced by about $15 compared to websites anyways! I would avoid the store at any cost.

A welcomed break from all the other kids stores in NYC, this standout features not only fabulous footwear but impeccable service as well. My children were outfitted with the appropriate footwear while they were being entertained by a wonderful salesperson. They had so many great choices that my kids are already asking to go back to tip top kids. We will be back again soon.

The Girls found their Uggs, the boys got Geox and a pair of Timberland boots we even got a pair of Robeez for a gift for a birthday party. Sales help was great they knew their stuff. Measured the feet and were quick and attentive. We will return.
