The chef is the show at Tokyohana. Seats are arranged around table-sized hibachis, where chefs joke and perform culinary wonders with knives and spatulas before your eyes - even involving the customers in the fun by sending grilled niblets airborne to catch in your mouth. More than a meal, time spent at Tokyohana can be an entertaining family event in itself.

The menu includes top-notch sushi along with delicious hibachi chicken, steak, and seafood. Vegetarians can find a teriyaki tofu appetizer, and vegetable and noodle dishes. Other appetizers include tempura shrimp, tempura vegetables, edamame, and more.

Kids' menus feature sushi or items off the hibachi, such as chicken, steak, and shrimp, as well as a filet mignon, with prices ranging from $9.50-$15. Kids' meals come with rice, curly fries, and ice cream for dessert.

Customers can also request to sit at individual tables, if preferred. High chairs, booster seats, and slings for car seats are available, and restrooms have changing tables.

Reservations are suggested, and can be made by phone or online. Carry-out is also available.
