Eat hamburgers, hot dogs, and french fries and not gain weight? Chomp on healthy food and not feel like a bunny rabbit? It's possible at this new age fast-food restaurant, whose signature menu item is a Mile High Burger with a fluffy bun, tangy sauce, and just 10 grams of fat.

Aside from the burger, the menu is fun and delectable. There are chicken breast sandwiches, low-fat hot dogs (split and grilled to perfection), grilled vegetable salads, smoothies, healthy but satisfying chili, and perhaps the best turkey burger in the city. The potato variations include the Aerofries, which are cooked in (you guessed it) an air fryer. But many feel the regular deep-fried spuds are the better bet, since they are only a gram more fat per serving than the lightly oiled version.

Youth is primary to Topz's lean but fun theme. The restaurants are decorated in bight colors and hip illustrations. Customers can get interactive with the food, as well. Kids will enjoy pumping a wide variety of sauces onto their food. There's a soda bar with vanilla, chocolate, and cherry syrups to flavor up seltzer water.

The prices are a buck or so more per item than your average fast-food joint.

All locations but the West Hollywood Topz have high chairs. None of the restaurants have bathroom facilities for customers, except the Sherman Oaks Topz, which also has diaper-changing tables.
