The flagship Toys R Us stands head and shoulders above just about any toy store we can think of (yes, even FAO Schwarz)!

With more than 110,000 square feet to play with, the store has truly amazing stuff, from a 10,000-pound, 20 foot-tall, animatronic T Rex that looms over shoppers, to a two-story Barbie playhouse, to (gasp) a working 60-foot high Ferris Wheel with 14 individually themed cars. Each of the 14 cars features a well-known toy icon so riders can take in the sights of the three-level toy store with one of their favorite characters or toys riding with them! More than 20 other major attractions are in the works as well.

If the life of a shopper wears the kids down, they can refuel at the Candy Spot, the store's sweet shop.

Toys R Us offers a selection of Giraffic Birthday Parties for children ages three and up. Themes include Superhero Celebration, Dancing Divas, Dinosaur Expedition, Princess Adventure, Pirate's Passage, and more. Party guests are greeted by the birthday child?s name lit up on the store's marquee screen on Broadway. After themed activities, guests get to ride on the Ferris Wheel, then enjoy birthday cake and punch with Geoffrey the Giraffe in a private party space overlooking several of the store's signature attractions. Prices are $35/child for a weekday party and $50/child for a weekend party; minimum of 20 children.
