We love plenty of things about Trader Joe's - the yummy frozen pizzas, the inventive fruit and nut trail mixes, and the inexpensive yet exotic juices are just a few. But what we really love is how kid-friendly the store is. Little shoppers can get their own miniature shopping carts, and each day Teddy Joe (or some other version of a plush stuffed animal) hides out somewhere in the store. When your child spots him, he or she notifies a Hawaiian-shirted clerk, and gets to pick a prize. A shopping trip that keeps our little ones entertained and occupied? We're so there.
